Just use the Template="defaultProcessServer" attribute for your Server's elements when creating them.  Phurnace Deliver™ can help you manage any application based on WebSphere, including WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Portal Server.  Check the "About" section in the Admin Console to determine which version of WebSphere you are targeting.
